Retro Game — The Bouncing Balls

Fall 2022

Course: Computational Media

Instructor: John Henry Thompson

- Bouncing Balls

This project focuses on sliders, buttons, pop-up windows, and alerts. The player is presented with a pop-up window in the beginning, instructing them to enter a natural number between 1 and 100. While players have the option to enter something else, the game will not start until the appropriate requirement is met. Once in the game, the player can adjust the x and y speed of the bouncing balls, as well as the size of the balls. The initial location and size of the balls are random. Additionally, players can add more bouncing balls by clicking a button and following the instructions. The color of the balls changes whenever they collide.
