Prototype

The head portion of one of the main characters in the painting was digitally brushed, and a piece of symphony by Czech composer Bedřich Smetana was added to the video. The brushwork was done in Procreate, and the audio and video portions were edited in Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro, respectively. The final render was created in Adobe After Effects.

The book 'Rembrandt's Night Watch: Its History and Adventures' borrowed from the NYU Bobst Library, was acquired, and the reading has commenced. Additional research about the painting and daily life in 17th century Amsterdam are ongoing simultaneously.
